Real tilt shift photography involves the use of camera movements on small- and medium-format cameras, and sometimes specifically refers to the use of tilt for selective focus. Sometimes a special lens may be used. These pictures, though, are normal, everyday snapshots, taken by me, and faked into a tilt-shift via Photoshop.
